Productifi ("we," "us") is operated by Productifi Labs. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our Shopify app, our website at productifi.ai, and the fulfillment services we provide.

2. Information we collect from merchants

When you install the Productifi app, we collect:

• Your Shopify store URL and store metadata required to publish product listings on your behalf.
• Account identifiers (email, name) provided during installation.
• Product data you create within the Productifi editor (designs, prompts, formulas selected).
• Orders placed on your Shopify store that are fulfilled through Productifi, including product, quantity, and destination shipping address.

3. Information we receive about your customers

When a customer places an order on your Shopify store for a Productifi product, Shopify shares the minimum information we need to fulfill the order — typically name, shipping address, and the item ordered. We do not receive customer payment information; that is handled by Shopify and the payment processor.

We use customer information solely to manufacture, label, and ship the ordered product. We do not market to your customers or share their data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How we use information

• To operate the Service — publish listings, fulfill orders, process payments.
• To improve the AI design engine using aggregated, non-identifying data about which designs convert.
• To communicate with merchants about account issues, product updates, and service notifications.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, regulatory requests).

5. When we share information

We share information with:

• Manufacturing partners — GMP-certified facilities that produce your supplements. They receive only the order and shipping details needed to fulfill.
• Shipping carriers — the destination address for package delivery.
• Shopify — via the official API integration.
• Service providers — cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing. These vendors are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
• Legal authorities — when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Analytics and cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with productifi.ai. This uses cookies and collects pseudonymous identifiers. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Data retention

Merchant account data is retained while your Productifi app is installed on your Shopify store, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Customer fulfillment data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the order and comply with tax and regulatory record-keeping requirements.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you. Merchants can exercise these rights by emailing [email protected]. Customers of Productifi merchants should contact the merchant directly; we will support the merchant in responding.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we take data protection seriously.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to account owners and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
