10 Shopify supplement brands built entirely with Productifi

When we launched Productifi six months ago, we expected the early adopters to be solo wellness coaches and small influencers. The actual mix has been more interesting — and more diverse — than we predicted.
Here are 10 brands now running on Productifi, what they sell, and what they've learned. We've anonymized stores that asked for it; the others granted permission to share.
1. Baseline Wellness Co.
Maya Hernandez launched her first full supplement line over a single weekend. She'd been a personal trainer for nine years and had a 40,000-person email list waiting for her own product. Her first SKU — a recovery blend — sold 1,200 units in the first month with zero paid acquisition.
2. Kaii Rituals
A Japanese-inspired adaptogen brand built by two founders in Brooklyn. They use Productifi's brand-aware generation to keep their minimalist aesthetic consistent across an expanding catalog now at 12 SKUs.
3. Iron & Oats
A men's endurance brand born from a CrossFit gym in Austin. Their hero product, a beet-based pre-workout, launched with no marketing other than gym word-of-mouth and is now their best-selling SKU on Shopify.
4–10. The rest of the cohort
Across the remaining seven brands, a few patterns repeat:
- All launched in under two weeks from "I want to make a supplement" to first paying customer.
- Most started with a single hero SKU and expanded to 3-6 within 90 days.
- Average upfront capital invested before first sale: under $200.
- The biggest unlock for merchants with existing audiences was speed — going from idea to product before motivation cooled.
- For merchants without an audience, Productifi alone wasn't the magic bullet; product-market fit still required the same work it always has.
What we learned from the cohort
Productifi works best as an unblocker, not a magic wand. The merchants who succeeded had three things in common: a real audience or distribution channel, a clear product hypothesis, and the discipline to launch fast and iterate.
